Western acupuncture (dry needling)
A modern adaptation of the traditional Chinese treatment. Western acupuncture, also known as dry needling, is based on anatomy and physiology and does not follow energy meridians. Treatment is very effective against tendonitis, tennis elbow, golfers' elbow, Achilles problems, and for loosening muscles around a trapped nerve.
Ultrasound
A gentle treatment used to get rid of inflammation, in which small sound waves are sent inside the body. Can be used to break down adhesions and aid the healing of torn muscles following a sports injury.
Cranial Osteopathy
A relaxing and gentle treatment that helps the body to heal itself.
